there is no distinction
between being kind
and having intentions.
We all do it to go to heaven anyway.
Why else?
No sugar-coating,
no pretending this cruel world is beautiful.
We only act kind
because we want to be saved, that’s it—
period.
So tell me—
if being unkind were the one
granted reward and salvation,
would anyone still
choose to be?
