"It's called the karmic price of kindness."
"Karmic what?"
"Karma doesn't always grant rewards to those who do good. If that's how things work then there shouldn't be any suffering good people?"
"Isn't it just called a test of faith?"
"No, it's called balance. That's the true essense of karma. Balance. Not all who do good are rewarded. Kindness also has a price. One must always be ready to pay the toll."
"It sounds evil."
"On one perspective, yes. As another saying goes, too much of a good can also be bad. If one keep being kind to another, sooner or later, they'll get abused. One doesn't always get rewarded for the good things they do.That's why karma exists. A balance, must exists."
"Essentially you're saying that one must also do bad."
"Not quite. Doing bad thing is different from not doing anything at all."
"What?"
"Learn when not to do a good thing."
"What?"
"Please tell what miracle is."
